What is this study about: The purpose of this study is to help us get a better understanding of how to move The F.R.E.S.H. project forward. This survey will give us an idea of what current offerings are working and what needs improving. It will also give us more detailed information as to where else in Shawano County needs our services.
Your answers will be confidential: The records of this study will be kept private. In any sort of report, all findings will be combined and individuals survey takers will be anonymous.
